Your Next Step
I often will tell my clients to keep moving forward. Stay in action!
Should you find something interesting, ask questions and check it out.
Relationship and connection are so deeply important in doing this work. Having someone to talk with who is trustworthy and genuine is vital.
I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to see if our working together would be a good fit.
My fees will be discussed before your first session. I do accept some sliding scale clients.
Payment for services are due at the time services are provided.
Presently I accept cash or check.
I am an out-of-network provider for insurance companies that offer this type of benefit. Some insurance plans do cover psychotherapy and partially reimburse for this. Please feel free to contact your insurance carrier for more details. I am happy to provide a monthly super-bill if you choose to submit it for direct reimbursement from your insurance company.
Consistency is important in this process. Showing up even when you do not feel like doing so can often result in the most productive of sessions.
Appointment times are dedicated exclusively to one client; therefore, I require 24 hours’ notice of cancellation to avoid being charged the full session fee.
Already working with a therapist?
If you are working with a trusted therapist and are seeking career counseling, I do collaborate with individual therapists after you sign a release in order to coordinate care. My clients and their therapists have reported that this has been quite helpful in them reaching their goals.
